Ordering Information
Online (24 hours a day, 7 days a week): Ordering online is secure and convenient. Once you have decided upon a product or products, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button. When you are finished shopping, proceed through the checkout process by clicking on "Checkout" where you will securely fill out your billing and shipping information.

Toll-free fax to (800) 482-7602(24 hours a day, 7 days a week): Please include phone number, fax number and e-mail address on all faxes so that we can confirm receipt of your order. Please remember to add the appropriate shipping and handling and sales tax charges. Download our print order form.
Mail: To place your order by mail, include your completed order form (download) with product numbers, styles and quantities. Also include a credit card number, personal check or money order payable to Real Goods Solar, Inc. for the total amount of charges including shipping and handling, gift wrapping fees, oversize charges and sales tax if applicable.

Sales Tax
Orders placed online that are shipped to California, Colorado or Ohio will be charged sales tax. Phone, fax and mail orders sent to California, Colorado or Ohio must also charge appropriate state sales tax.

Methods of Payment
We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit cards. We also accept Checks and Money Orders by mail only. Sorry, no personal checks over $5,000. You may also use a Real Goods gift certificate to pay for your order.
ATTENTION DEBIT CARD USERS:
When using a debit card, your bank may remove or set aside the necessary funds to cover the order for a period of up to five business days. Real Goods does not collect payment until the order has shipped from our fulfillment center.
