Polyester, nylon, and other synthetic fibers leave your washing machine as lint, and don't break down as they flush through your septic system. These fibers clog up the soil of your leach field causing your septic system to die prematurely and expensively. The simple Filtrol is your solution. Installed on your washer drain and equipped with a reusable 200-micron filter bag, the Filtrol effectively removes most clothing lint before it gets to your drain. Simply dump the accumulated lint out of the filter bag periodically. Filter bags should be replaced every 1 to 3 years.

Package includes clear filter housing, two 200-micron filter bags, sturdy wall mounting bracket, six-foot washer drain hose extension, and hardware. Existing washer drain hose will fit 1" barbed fitting at bottom of Filtrol housing. Filter housing 7" diameter, 12" high. USA.
