The state-of-the-art 7.7-cubic-foot RGE 400 model was introduced in the late 1990s. Average energy use per day is 0.27 gallon (1.1 lb.) propane, or 3.9 kWh electric. The body is white, the doors are hinged on the right as you face the unit (and are reversible on site), with four adjustable stainless shelves in the fridge and two in the freezer. Also includes two vegetable bins, egg and dairy racks, frozen juice rack, icecube trays, ice bucket and battery-powered interior light. Base-mounted control panel with gas/electric selector, thermostat, piezo igniter and flame safety valve. Operates on either propane or 120V AC. Weighs 167 lbs. 195- lb. ship weight.
