It’s time to stop being rudely jolted awake. Now, you can gently awaken to a progressive, Tibetan bell-like chime that soothes sleep away and can facilitate dream recollection and help guide you into a morning meditation session. Set the countdown or timer for your meditation or yoga practice. Uses two AA batteries (not included) or AC adapter. 9"W x 2¼"H x 2¼"D. Available in bamboo or walnut. China.
This precision timepiece can be programmed to countdown to zero and chime, or to strike its chime repeatedly at any set interval. In the alarm clock or countdown timer modes, the Clock's chime gradually increases through a pre-programmed 10 minute progression. It can also be set to chime once every hour on the hour as a 'mindfulness chime.' Beginning in 2005, all our Digital Zen Clocks are the new and improved ""version 2.0,"" featuring a silent striking mechanism and a ""high"" and ""low"" chime volume which allows you to adjust the sound of the chime to suit your needs. The Digital Zen Clock runs on 2 AA batteries (not included), and it has a lighted digital display (lit full-time when plugged in with the included AC jack).The Digital Zen Clock is the perfect companion for a natural lifestyle.
