Our Can-o-Worms composting system employs a team of redworms to break down kitchen waste into nutrient-rich organic compost. The Can-o-Worms is odorless, so you can place this user-friendly vermicomposter (worm composter) in your apartment or your backyard. Worms will eat up to about half of their body weight, and their population can double every 60-90 days. About 2 lbs of redworms can consume up to a half a pound of kitchen waste per day. As more compost is created, and your worm population grows, you will want to rotate the stacking trays so there is always one empty tray on top for kitchen scraps. Moisture drains to the bottom of your Can-o-Worms Vermiculture composting system where it settles a potent liquid fertilizer. This "worm tea" can be drained from the attached spigot and added to your growing garden. This worm composter is made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic and is odorless, pest resistant and it comes with complete instructions. Ideal composting temperature is 60°F to 80°F. Australia.

Use your Can-o-Worms vermacomposting bin indoors or out. Start with moist bedding, such as peat moss or even shredded newspaper, and add your composting worms. Add Try to avoid using fatty or high protein kitchen waste, such as meat scraps, as it can smell and attract pests.
