These completely solid-state "motors" have no moving parts! There are no brushes, bearings, or seals to wear out. The rust-proof bronze pump section is magnetically-driven and is an existing off-the-shelf pump head that can be easily replaced if ever needed. Life expectancy is many times longer than any other DC circulation pump.
Two models are offered at 1.7 and 3.0 gpm flow rates. Both are designed to be driven PV-direct for simple system control. These are circulation pumps for closed loop systems, and will not do any significant lift. See the specifications chart. The smaller pump requires a 5-watt PV module, the larger pump requires a 10-watt module. Rated for temperatures up to 240ºF, one year mfr’s. warranty. USA.
